Terms of Service
Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you access awtaled.com or send an inquiry through our website.
Last updated: April 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of awtaled.com and related subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Zhongshan Chenghong Lighting Co., Ltd. (trading as "Awta"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Awta
Awta is a manufacturer of LED lighting products based in Zhongshan, China, specializing in ceiling lights and OEM/ODM manufacturing for global distributors. The Site is a marketing and information channel; it is not a transactional e-commerce store. Actual purchase orders, pricing, and delivery terms are negotiated and confirmed separately in writing (proforma invoice, sales contract, or purchase order).
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site to view product information, request catalogs, and submit inquiries for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:
• Use the Site to transmit malware, viruses, or unauthorized automated scripts.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content in a manner that infringes our intellectual property.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries.
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law, export control, or sanctions regime.
4. Inquiries and Quotations
Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a binding contract. Prices shown (if any), catalog specifications, lead times, and MOQ figures are indicative and subject to confirmation. A binding agreement is formed only when Awta and the customer sign a sales contract or when a proforma invoice is confirmed and paid in accordance with its terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, catalog PDFs, videos, 3D models, and software — are owned by Awta or used with permission. The "Awta" brand name, logos, and product series names are protected trademarks. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute Site content for commercial use without our prior written consent. Limited personal or internal business use (e.g., sharing a product page with a colleague) is permitted.
6. User-Submitted Content
If you submit text, images, or files to Awta via inquiry forms or email, you represent that you have the right to do so and you grant Awta a non-exclusive license to use that content for the purpose of responding to you and fulfilling any resulting order. Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights or that includes sensitive personal data.
7. Product Information Disclaimer
We work hard to keep product specifications, images, and certification claims accurate, but the Site is provided "as is". Colors, dimensions, and finishes may vary between production batches. Certification status is valid for the product series listed and may be subject to periodic re-testing. Always confirm the final specification in the signed sales contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the Site is limited to USD 100, unless a higher amount is mandated by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (social media, logistics trackers, certification databases). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following external links is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Awta harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts at the place of Awta's registered address (Zhongshan, Guangdong, China), except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you a different forum. For B2B customers, the parties may, by written agreement in the sales contract, elect arbitration under CIETAC or another mutually accepted body.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed to chengmingds@gmail.com or to our registered address in Zhongshan, China.
